UK deliveries
We offer free delivery to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. The majority of items shipped to addresses are sent via Royal Mail or UPS or any service that we feel is most appropriate.
Overseas deliveries
Overseas deliveries are subject to government and international shipping restrictions. Delivery charges can be calculated on the basket page, you can press the shopping basket button and select your country from the drop down menu. Overseas order may be charged customs fees upon delivery.
Please note – There may be unforeseen delays from our suppliers due to material shortage, international shipping delays and high demands, despite the global supply chain disruption, we aim to get your order to you quickly as possible.
Delivery time
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination, warehouse location and shipping method. Delivery can take up to 21 business days from the date of the order.
Dispatch
Orders are usually dispatched within one to three working days of your order being placed, subject to stock availability. If the item ordered is out of stock, a member of our sales team will contact you to inform you of stock availability or any delay in delivery time.
We can only dispatch orders on weekdays, the cut off time is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm are normally dispatched on the next day, orders on after Friday 2PM will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
Once goods leave our premises, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time and date, however we will do our utmost to get the goods to you as soon as possible.
